Apple, Apricot Seeds & Snow Fungus Dessert

INGREDIENTS

Qty Ingredients
2 Sachet HOGA Agarwood tea/ HOGA tea
1 pc Snow fungus / White fungus
1 no Green apple / Red apple
4 nos Red sates
1 tsp Raw apricot seeds 南杏
2 pcs Brown sugar pieces or to your taste
1500 ml Water

 

Preparation 10 mins
Cook 3 hours
Serving 6 pax
Tools / equipment Needed Double boiler

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients above into a double boiler and boil for 3 hours
  2. This dessert can be served hot or cold

TIPS:

Can remove the filter paper and add in HOGA tea directly into dessert for extra fiber
