| 220 g | Mung beans / Green beans ( rinsed and soaked for at least 2 hours, drained) |
| 150 g | Brown sugar to your taste ( can be substituted with gula melaka) |

| 2 pc | Pandan leaves / Screwpine (rinsed and knotted) |
| 40 g | Sago / Tapioca pearls (soaked for 10 minutes, rinsed and drained) |
| 200 ml | Fresh coconut milk (Optional, do not recommended carton coconut milk) |

DIRECTIONS
- Remove HOGA tea from filter paper. In a large pot, add in HOGA tea, green beans, water and pandan leaves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and allow simmer for 30 minutes or until green beans are soft
- Add in brown sugar and sago. Simmer for another 5 minutes or until sago turns translucent. Can add in more water until it reaches the consistency that you like. Remove heat
- Lastly add in fresh coconut milk before serving. This dessert can be served hot or cold
TIPS:
HOGA tea is added into the dessert to enhance the flavor and also extra fiber for detox purposes
