Cooking Instruction :
- Rinse meat with boiling water.
- Pour 2000ml of water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add in the rinsed meat and HOGA Chi Kut Teh Soup Mix ingredients.
- Simmer over a slow fire for 2-3 hours and serve while hot.
Ingredients : HOGA Tea, Solomon Seal Rhizome, Lovage Rhizome Slice, Cardamom, Star Anize, Clove and White Pepper.
