Suggested Terms & Conditions

1. This subscription program is available for HOGA Agarwood Herbal Tea only.
2. The subscription period is 12 months from the date of successful subscription.
3. Monthly Wellness Plan subscribers will be charged RM56 per month for 12 months.
4. 6-Month Wellness Saver Plan subscribers will be charged RM288 every 6 months for 1 year.
5. Family Wellness Plan subscribers will be charged RM528 every 6 months for 1 year.
6. Payment will be automatically deducted through the customer’s registered credit card according to the selected subscription plan.
7. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their credit card details are valid and have sufficient limit or balance for successful payment deduction.
8. If payment fails, HOGA reserves the right to pause delivery until payment is successfully completed.
9. Free delivery is included within Malaysia only, unless stated otherwise.
10. Delivery schedule will follow the selected subscription plan and may be subject to courier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen delivery delays.
11. Free bonus sachets will be included in the final delivery of the subscription period.
12. The special gift for the Family Wellness Plan is subject to availability and may vary from time to time.
13. Subscription plans are not exchangeable for cash, other products, or other promotions.
14. Subscription payments made are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
15. Any request to change delivery address must be submitted before the next scheduled delivery is processed.
16. HOGA reserves the right to amend the subscription benefits, gifts, or terms and conditions with prior notice.
17. By subscribing, customers agree to the automatic credit card deduction and the full 12-month subscription commitment.
